Right of withdrawal – Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account: https://shopify.com/109491945821/account

After receiving your notice of withdrawal, please return the goods within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs upon receipt of the return.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Right of Withdrawal and Return

At Smile Patches, we accept returns in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. In addition, we offer an extended return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at office@smilepatches.de. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Admiralbogen 45, 80939 Munich If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior notification of a return cannot be accepted.

Damage and Defects
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
